Bacon Noodle Casserole

  • 1/4 lb bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 1/2 lb vermicelli, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg BTH dip mix
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • Dash of Tabasco

Mix above ingredients together. Spread in a shallow buttered casserole dish. Bake, covered, 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and sprinkle with 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Return to oven until top is browned.

Bacon & Horseradish Stuffed Celery

  • 2 pkgs (8oz each) cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 pkg BTH dip mix
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 12 celery ribs, trimmed, and cut into 3” lengths

Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours then stuff celery
