Bacon Noodle Casserole
- 1/4 lb bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 1/2 lb vermicelli, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg BTH dip mix
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- Dash of Tabasco
Mix above ingredients together. Spread in a shallow buttered casserole dish. Bake, covered, 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and sprinkle with 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Return to oven until top is browned.
Bacon & Horseradish Stuffed Celery
- 2 pkgs (8oz each) cream cheese, room temp
- 1 pkg BTH dip mix
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 12 celery ribs, trimmed, and cut into 3” lengths
Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours then stuff celery
